Our offices are in downtown Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang Province, P.R. China. Hangzhou has traditionally been a major destination in southeast China for its scenery and tourism. Today Hangzhou has become a regional metropolis, second in relation to Shanghai in southeast China.
